American Adventures Story Contest Each year the American Adventures Story Contest is held between August 1st & October 31st. Winners are announced on November 1st. Contest entries need to contain a 200 word or less short story or anecdote about the contestant's own American Adventure experience. Contest entries must be submitted by Email between August 1st and October 31st. Any email entry received after October 31st will be returned. However, it may be resubmitted in the following year. Each year, on November 1st, five winners will be announced: one for the most exciting, one for the funniest American Adventure, one for Most Unusual American Adventure, one for Most Incredible American Adventure, and one for the Most Off-Course American Adventure. Each of the five winners will receive a certificate and an American Adventures television show DVD. The winning short stories or anecdotes will be published by Rising Star Publishing on the American Adventures.info site. Rising Star Publishing reserves the right to edit stories prior to publication. American Adventures Photo Contest Each year the American Adventures Photo Contest is held between August 1st & October 31st. Winners are announced on November 1st. Contest entries need to be digital photos taken by the contestant reflecting one of the contestant's own American Adventure experiences. Contest entries must be submitted by email to info@AmericanAdventures.info between August 1st and October 31st. Any email entry received after October 31st will be returned. However, it may be resubmitted in the following year. Each year, on November 1st, five winners will be announced.
